Features of the equipment:
1.Screw-shaped feeding cartridge is made of quality carbon steel or alloy steel and formed with quenched and finely milled finish, features superior and abrasion durability and distortion resistance. Not equidistant manufacturing benefits for extrusion and feeding for loose to increase throughput whilst it is designed for 8-way mixing-and-making head, featuring the better plasticization, higher throughput and lower energy consumption.
2.Machine head is applied to feed material from central position, I t can be interiorly rotated; also interiorly screwed, electric machine head and hydraulic one are available.
3.Speed decelerator is selected and applied to specialize in extrusion, only for heavy duty one, tooth surface is applied to rigid one.
